What it does and what it doesn’t
Better to know now than to find out later.
Where we are
Cenobify has not opened to the public yet. That is why you will find no prices here, no client names, no reviews and no badges.

What you need

For the application
A computer with an up-to-date browser.

For the tablet
An Android tablet. The app is in Catalan and we install it for you from a file.

For printing
A Windows computer in the office, switched on and logged in.
What it doesn’t do
Taxes and accounting
- It is not accounting software.
- It does not file taxes or prepare any tax form.
- It does not send invoices to the Spanish tax agency (Agencia Tributaria).
- It does not do e-invoicing.
Documents
- There is no online acceptance, signature or payment.
- It works in euros only.
- Documents come out in Catalan, Spanish or English, and in no other language.
- Conversions are of the whole document: you cannot invoice half a delivery note.
- There is no step from quotation to order, or from order to invoice.
- There is one numbering series per type of document, plus the one for corrective invoices.
Products and lots
- The lot is a piece of text that is printed. It is not traceability.
- It does not keep track of warehouse stock.
- It does not import products or clients from a spreadsheet.
Tablet
- Android only and in Catalan only.
- It is not in any app store.
- Orders, quotations and invoices are not created on it.
- Not everything works offline.
Printing
- Only with Windows, with the computer switched on and logged in.
- It is neither immediate nor automatic.
Expenses
- Invoice reading goes through OpenAI.
- It does not read scanned PDF files that have no text.
Clocking in and out
- The clock-in record carries no legal certification.
- There is no clocking in with location, photo or fingerprint.
Access
- You sign in with email and password. There is no two-step verification.
- You cannot add companies yourself: we set them up for you.
- The activity log is not a history of every change to every document.
Where your data is and what is sent out
- Supplier invoice reading
- When you use invoice reading, the content of the invoice is sent to OpenAI. Reading is optional: the data can also be entered by hand.
- Between companies
- Each company sees only its own data.
- This website
- It uses no cookies and no tracking tools, and it has no forms.
