You upload the supplier’s invoice and check what has been read from it

Cenobify proposes the supplier and the totals from the PDF or the photo. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.

  • It checks the sums and warns you if they do not add up.
  • It warns you if that invoice from that supplier was already there.

Limits

  • To read it, the content of the invoice is sent to OpenAI. Reading is optional: the data can also be entered by hand.
  • Scanned PDFs with no text cannot be read.
  • Expenses and Suppliers are optional modules: they are activated if you want them.

When you sign in you see the month’s invoicing, the expenses, the quotations and the month’s invoices awaiting payment.

Limits

  • It is a fixed screen, with no charts.
  • The tiles you see depend on the modules you have active.

One account, several companies

You sign in once and switch company from the header. Each company has its own data, its own numbering, its own modules and its own look.

Limits

  • We set up the additional companies for you.
  • The product catalogue can be shared between your companies. This is decided when the account is set up, and we configure it.

You decide who sees what

There are ready-made roles and you can create your own, permission by permission.

  • If you change someone’s role or remove their access, the change applies straight away.

Limits

  • Permissions are per role and per company, not per client or per document.
  • You sign in with email and password. There is no two-step verification.

If we go in, you see it

When support has to enter your company, they must write down the reason. By default they can only look. While it lasts, there is a notice on the screen, and the access is recorded in your activity log.

Limits

  • The notice is on the screen and in the log; no email is sent.
  • The activity log records sign-ins, changes to roles and modules, and support access. It is not a history of every change to every document.
